More recently, we have experienced strong demand for resources from our three lines of service. Our experienced and enthusiastic team assists in successfully implementing mobility programmes in various member firms.
Our mobility offering is quite unique, as we are able to provide the firms of the Network quality and high performing human capital with a defined skills set.

PwC Mauritius is a +450 staff member firm. 20% of our workforce are at least at managerial level, while 65% are associates and senior associates.

Mauritius, an island nation east of Madagascar off the southeast coast of Africa, gained independence in 1968. A stable democracy with regular free elections and a positive human rights record, the country has attracted considerable foreign investment and has earned one of Africa's highest per capita incomes.
Since independence, Mauritius has developed from a low-income, agricultural based economy to a middle-income, diversified economy with growing industrial, financial, and tourist sectors.
Mauritius is ranked first in Africa and 13th worldwide on the Ease of Doing Business, according to the The World Bank's Ease of Doing Report 2020.
There are currently 9 state and 45 private universities in the Country.
