Be Well, Work Well is PwC’s effort to create an environment where our people are encouraged to bring their best to work and are supported in achieving greater well-being by fueling themselves across four dimensions of energy—physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
As part of the initiative, we provide our staff with subsidies for them to take care of their well-being; activities such as personal gym sessions, personal yoga sessions, dancing lessons, FootFive sessions, massage, trail/marathon and healthy eating options for lunch. We also provide our staff with in-house free yoga classes and gym sessions after working hours.
