As such, the Client was looking to establish an effective technology-enabled business continuity management (BCM) within Ministries for critical services, with the following objectives:
The current level of resilience was assessed using PwC Proprietary Business Continuity Management Framework
Recommendations to deliver critical services at acceptable service levels were made. PwC’s Digital Nation Framework was leveraged to deliver service transformation, digital sophistication, innovation and collaboration.
An implementation and action plan was devised, prioritising initiatives to increase resiliency of the public sector and critical services.
