She has led several large-scale IT transformation, core system modernization strategy and software selection, program management with several workstreams from core implementation, peripheral systems modernization, change management, processes and data migration.
Prior to working for PwC Thailand, Vilaiporn spent a number of years with PwC New York where she served large clients in the financial service sector.

She is responsible for overseeing the management consulting practice which provides services in the areas of Strategy & Business Transformation, Programme & Change Management, Information Technology Consulting, Human Resource Advisory, Operations and Business Process Improvement, Sustainability & CR services, as well as Risk & Governance Advisory.

- Vilaiporn provided advice to several iconic organizations in Thailand. Some of the engagements included the development of national strategy that help support the country in many areas.
- She led several large projects for bank clients in Thailand including developing legacy modernization strategy, evaluating and selecting core banking platforms, managing core banking implementation and modernization execution, acting as a quality assurance partner overseeing the mergers of two banks, and etc.
- She also helped several large insurance clients transform their organization and technologies. Scope of work included designing legacy modernization strategy, evaluating and selecting core insurance platform, managing core system implementation till successfully go lives using agile approach, designing customer journey and user stories as well as implementing some of the emerging technologies to digitize front and back office operations.
