Background:

She qualified as a Thai CPA and she has over 30 year’s experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has a well understanding of IFRS and Thai Accounting Standards, a member of PwC’s Global Corporate Reporting Services team. She has not only experience in advisory services but also in operational audit.

• TFRS and IFRS
• Business combination

Relevant Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A) majoring in Accounting, Thammasat University
• Master’s degree in Master Science (M.S.) majoring in Accounting, Thammasat University
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), (Thailand)

Relevant Expertise:

• Wandee has extensive experience in auditing across a range of industries including retail and consumer, services and manufacturing. She has also worked on initial public offering (IPO) engagements. Her responsibilities cover accounting advice for international and local clients.
• Wandee’s subject matter expertise is business combinations, and she deals with complex issues in this area. She is an accredited member of IFRS Accounting standard in PwC’s Global Corporate Reporting Services team.
• She is a member of the Committee of Accounting Standard Broad Setters in Thailand, and she represented the Thailand Federation of Accounting Professions (TFAC) at the Asian-Oceanian Standards Setters Group Annual Meeting in Nepal in 2022.
• She has been a guest speaker on accounting at events held by state-owned enterprises, leading public and private companies, the TFAC and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
