BANGKOK, 1 September 2023 – PwC Thailand and Microsoft (Thailand) organised a seminar on ‘Embracing the next era of digitalisation’ on 24 August. The seminar was interactive with the speakers sharing their own experiences and thoughts on digital technology adoption trends in Thai financial services, such as embedded finance and generative AI. This helped the audience understand the potential business opportunities and how to mitigate the risks of digital technologies. The seminar was held at The St. Regis Bangkok and attracted some 70 participants.
