Background:

Somboon has over 30 years of experience in providing tax and legal services to a variety of clients. He has been involved in a number of tax due diligence exercises covering a variety of industry sectors including consumer and insurance industry. Somboon has extensive experience in assisting on the tax aspect in all phases of the acquisition, merger, divestiture transactions including tax strategy development. He also provides advice to multinational clients on corporate and commercial transactions, business structuring and drafting contracts.

Somboon also serves clients in the insurance industry and has conducted numerous tax compliance reviews and also involved in a number of tax due diligence exercises for insurance companies. He has a broad experience in examining and solving complex international tax issues relating to cross-border transactions.
