Vanida is a Tax Partner of PwC’s M&A and International Tax Service in Thailand. She joined PwC Thailand in 1999.

Vanida has considerable experience in M&A transactions in Thailand and has advised on the taxation implications of both inbound and outbound investment on mergers and acquisitions in Thailand and on international tax and cross-border transactions.
