Jiří Moser has been the Managing Partner in PwC Czech Republic since April 2010. His current task is to lead the company towards digitalisation and he also specialises in Data Analytics.
Jiří Moser has devoted his whole professional career so far to PwC. He started in 1994 in Assurance Services in then-Coopers & Lybrand. His internship in the London office of PwC UK was one of the reasons that lead him to gradually shift his focus towards advisory services in the area of risk management and performance improvement. In 2001, he became a Partner in Corporate Performance Improvement in the Czech Republic and two years later, he became Corporate Performance Improvement Leader for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2006, he was appointed Advisory Services Leader in the Czech Republic.
Jiří Moser holds a doctorate from the School of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, in the area of physical processes modelling (1993). He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a certified information systems auditor (CISA).
Jiří Moser likes to spend his spare time with his family and also enjoys travelling and sports. He has also had a life-long interest in Asian cultures and martial arts.
Lead Partner, Advisory Services
Miroslav Bratrych is a senior partner and Advisory
Services Leader. He is responsible
for coordinating the individual teams of
consultants and providing transaction
consultancy to clients. He is also responsible for Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory at PwC for Central and East Europe. Miroslav Bratrych
specialises in M&A (mergers and
acquisitions) and due diligence. The wide range
of his expertise includes fields
such as automotive industry, energy sector,
machine industry, railway and air
transport.
Since the beginning of his career with PwC,
dating back to 1996, Miroslav Bratrych
has gained extensive experience in the M&A area,
which typically includes
consultancy services for acquisition of local
companies by large international
strategic or financial investors and also
assisting the owners of local companies
with disposal of their assets.
Clients highly value his commercial approach to
transactions, awareness of industry
issues as well as his expertise covering the
entire transaction process – from
initial bids to finalizing share purchase
agreements. Miroslav's recent projects
include for example appraisal and transaction
support provided to the Czech Railways
in connection with the sale of 440 railway
stations to SŽDC, various transactions
projects for the EPH Group, the Advent
International private equity fund and many
other entities.

Lead Partner, Broader Assurance Services
Tomáš Kuča has been working at PwC for more than 28 years. In addition to the Czech Republic, he worked for two years at PwC Canada and five years at PwC in Slovakia, where he led the Consulting team for the three years. In the Czech Republic, he is now the leading partner of Audit Services. Tomáš Kuča focuses on services in cyber security, quality, data processing, cloud solutions, or internal controls. Has experience managing compliance projects or implementation measures related to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. His portfolio includes companies of all sizes from various fields of business, with a primary focus on telecommunications and energy. Geographically, he has experience providing services to clients across Central and Eastern Europe, Western and Northern Europe, North America, and the Caribbean. Tomáš Kuča obtained a master's degree at the VUT in Brno and a management degree at Sandwell College in Great Britain.
Lead Partner, Tax&Legal Services
Martin Diviš has been working for PwC since 1999, and has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers since 2001. Since the summer of 2016, he has been our tax partner of highly valued expertise in the area of indirect taxes. As of 2020, he has been the CEE TLS Technology leader and his team has been long dedicated to digitalisation of tax services and to the use of automation.
Lead Partner, Consulting
Petr Ložek has worked as a consultant for over 20
years. He focuses primarily on
financial services and technology consultancy.
He has worked for most leading
banking and insurance groups in the region of
Central Europe and has been engaged in
numerous technology transformation projects.
The main areas of his expertise include IT and
digitising strategies, multi-channel
solutions, process automation and digitisation,
business intelligence solutions and
core banking transformations.
Before joining PwC, Petr Ložek worked for
Accenture as the Managing Director, where
he was responsible for key accounts in the area
of financial services in the Czech
and Slovak Republics, Hungary and Romania.
Petr Ložek believes that the principal advantage
of PwC compared to classic
technology suppliers lies in PwC’s ability to
pair technical skills with in-depth
knowledge of the individual sectors, commercial
perspective and regulatory issues,
data analysis skills and, where relevant, also
legal and tax aspects, whereby it can
provide its clients with a comprehensive service
package.
Petr Ložek is married and has two children. His
hobbies include playing golf and
running.
Lead Partner, Core Assurance
Michal Stránský joined PwC in 2004; he has been a
partner of Audit since 2017. He
used to be
responsible for audit teams in offices in
Ostrava and Brno and, at the same time, he
managed a
segment focused on clients with multinational
Shared Service Centres in the Czech
Republic. As of
2023, he is the Lead Partner of Audit Services
in the Czech Republic.
Michal Stránský has also spent 3 years at PwC
Norway where he mainly performed
audits of
companies listed on stock markets in New York,
Singapore, Oslo, Paris and Rio de
Janeiro.
Michal Stránský studied the field of finance at
the Faculty of Economic at the
Technical University of
Ostrava. He is a statutory auditor and is
certified under FCCA, the international
qualification for
auditors and accountants.
Market Leader for Czech Republic
David Borkovec joined PwC in 1999; he is a senior partner in Tax and Legal Department since 2010. He specializes in providing consultancy
services concerning international and
Czech tax issues and transfer pricing.
He is a chartered tax consultant, a member of
the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the
Czech Republic and also a court-appointed expert
in the fields of taxes, customs
duties and levies. He is also a member
representing the Czech Republic in the
independent expert body for the purpose of
establishment of an advisory committee
pursuant to the EU Convention establishing the
procedure to resolve double taxation
cases (the EU Tax Arbitration Convention).
He was honoured as the best tax consultant in
the Czech Republic in the area of
transfer pricing for the years 2012 and 2013.
David Borkovec graduated with a degree
in Economics from the University of Economics in
Prague. In 2014, he completed the
Advanced Management Program at the Harvard
Business School, Harvard University. He
is married and has two children.

Petr Smutný is a partner of the PwC Czech Republic, heads restructuring department (BRS) and also holds the company's chief operating officer position. He conducts restructuring consulting in the Czech Republic and the entire Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. He has dealt with endangered companies in the Czech Republic and Europe for over 25 years. Among the most famous restructurings he led are Sazka, Nová Huť/Mittal Steel Ostrava, Kordárna, Jablonex Group, Tatra, and Zoot. He is also the chairman of the Czech Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Diversity&Inclusion leader
Olga Řehořková became a partner of PwC Czech Republic
in 2022 and is in charge of the
Diversity&Inclusion agenda. At the same time,
she leads the Future of Finance platform focused
on digitizing the financial function and manages
a portfolio of audit clients from the fields of
real estate, energy, and TMT.
Olga has a Ph. D. at the University of Economics
in Prague and is a member of ACCA. She is also a
registered auditor of the Chamber of Auditors of
the Czech Republic. In addition to working at
PwC, she lectures at her alma mater, VŠE on the
Master's course in Auditing and Master in
Finance and Accounting English.
