Comprehensive bookkeeping

  • Bookkeeping: We provide accounting services – invoicing, document processing, VAT, Intrastat, monthly closings and other activities according to your needs.
  • Accounting in various systems: We do accounting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems such as SAP, Pohoda, Oracle, and Money S.
  • Digitisation and automation of accounting: We use modern tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Automate. We have a banking and ordering module connected to our accounting system.

Temporary assistance and troubleshooting

  • Short-term assistance in the accounting department: Need to cover a capacity shortfall? We offer substitution of your accountants on an outsourced basis – from working in your position to handing over the agenda to a new employee.
  • Assistance with financial control: Have you received a notice from the authorities? Our team of accounting, tax and legal specialists will take over the communication for you and ensure the smooth running of the audit.

Specialised accounting services

  • Statutory trial balance: We prepare a trial balance according to CZ GAAP, provide mapping to Czech accounts and propose statutory adjustments.
  • Accounting in a foreign currency (other than CZK): We revalue the trial balance into CZK according to the legislation.
  • Calculation of deferred tax and future liabilities: We prepare calculations of deferred taxes, future liabilities or, for instance, free rent period and guide you through the procedure.
  • Fixed asset register: We maintain the Czech asset register for you according to the legal requirements.
  • Business combination in accounting: Have you demerged part of the business? Let’s divide the journals and trial balance sheets into different accounting headings.
