I chose this training with a high expectation that it would systematise my previous knowledge and form awareness. The lecturer's style and the training material captivated me. As an operational leader, one of the most important things is learning the lean approach, which we must not only learn, but also practice, develop and use on a daily basis.
This training led me on this path of "continuous improvement" and keeps me on it, as I am constantly drawing on the knowledge I gained at that time. I look back on the methods I learned several times and start projects with the help of what I have learned even to this day. I am grateful to be a part of this training with PwC and look forward to taking it to the next level with Black Belt.
