Irēna Arbidāne has more than 10 years of experience in solving customer issues in a field of international taxation, including corporate and individual taxation, as well as tax planning.

Over these years Irena has been involved in internal tax review and due diligence projects while obtaining significant experience in tax treatment and compliance obligations for Latvian companies. Irena has participated in several voluntary disclosure projects, where clients choose to correct misstatements discovered during tax review to Latvian tax authorities. Projects involved negotiations with tax authorities on voluntary disclosure process, preparation of adjustments to the figures reportable and assessment of additional tax payable. 

For 5 years Irena is PwC Latvia personal taxation department leader ensuring compliance processes for individual clients.
