Project manager in Advisory

With over 4 years of professional experience with specialization in public sector transformation and organizational effectiveness. She has participated in various public sector advisory projects aimed at strengthening institutional capacity. 

She was a team member in the European Commission DG Reform projects such as Creation of 3 innovation labs in Latvia, Support for the implementation of the proactive investment attraction reform, Support to the development of a communication strategy for the innovation lab in Latvia. Currently she is participating in the European Commission DG Reform project on Support for the Preparation of Territorial Just Transition Plans in Latvia.

Additionally, she contributed to development of deliverable on Wind energy market analysis for Latvia.

Līga has worked with the Ministry of Economics, while developing proposals for the concept of the business section solution of the website www.latvija.lv. Thus, she is aware of its needs.
