Our people are the core of our success. It is their talent and commitment that drive us forward. Over the past year, we have embarked on an incredible journey to create an environment where our people can grow and make a meaningful impact.
With an extended workforce of over 900 people from 38 different countries, we remain one of the most diverse professional services firms in the country. Given the size and diversity of our extended workforce, our people agenda remains a top priority.
At the heart of our strategy are three people priorities, which focus on: empowering individuals to handle present challenges and embrace future opportunities; building resilience to adapt to change; and, developing inclusive leaders who can navigate an evolving world.
These are not just initiatives. They are at the very core of our commitment to our people.

We believe that when we bring in the best and brightest minds, we create an environment where innovation and excellence thrive. Our talent acquisition team played a big role here, introducing new psychometric tools to ensure the highest quality recruits.
By continuing to prioritise mobility opportunities for our people, we are able to build a versatile and adaptable workforce, capable of navigating the complexities of the modern business landscape.
Our Gateway Programme is a testament to this, and we are committed to continue to offer this opportunity for the foreseeable future. This programme, as well as exploring and piloting the use of different talent pools has allowed us to tap into diverse skill sets and perspectives. We continued to foster a “Wellbeing First” culture, retaining initiatives that promote physical and mental health, such as our fitness programme and our employee assistance programme.
This year, the firm introduced a series of talks on financial wellbeing, supporting people with making informed decisions that align with their personal goals and values.
Inclusion First is our core approach across all diversity areas, focusing on creating an environment where everyone can belong and succeed. It underpins our Strategy, including Gender Equity, Cross-Border, LGBT+, Disability and Social Inclusion.
Among our 2024 I&D initiatives, we are particularly proud of our car-pooling programme, launched to support our growing expat community, which now makes up 35% of our workforce.
We are committed to cultivating trusted leadership at every level, aligned to our new and evolved PwC Professional Framework, ensuring that our leaders reflect the diversity of our workforce. To achieve this, we offer leadership training programmes across all grades and continuously upskill our people in coaching skills, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
We recognise the need to lead differently, focusing on behaviour that highlights how we deliver as well as what we deliver.
In today's rapidly evolving landscape, embracing technology and automating our processes has become essential. By doing so, we can enhance our approach to career development, performance monitoring and team management.
Leveraging data to support business decisions enables our people to focus on more complex and strategic work. Our people dashboard demonstrates how we have implemented these advancements, showcasing our commitment to innovation and efficiency.
We are transforming our office spaces into state-of-the-art spaces designed to boost productivity and foster a sense of community. These modern environments will provide our people and clients with the perfect setting to collaborate, innovate and learn together.
These efforts are aimed at reinforcing a high performance culture focused on development and building a true community of solvers. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and excited about the future.
