Dato’ Theng Bee Han

Dato’ Theng Bee Han is the Assurance Leader at PwC Malaysia. He drives a sustainable Assurance practice with a strong markets and client focus while upholding the quality agenda—all enabled by technology.

Having been with PwC for 28 years, Bee Han has been involved in a large number of audit and advisory assignments for a diversified range of clients in various industries such as food and cooking ingredients manufacturing, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, agriculture, asset management funds, real estate and construction. He was also involved in clients with initial public offering (IPO) exercises in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Bee Han also successfully led a number of due diligence and reporting accountant engagements in relation to transactions in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

He holds a membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Bee Han enjoys instrumental music and catching up on current affairs.
