Irvin is a Partner in our Assurance practice and lead’s the firm’s TMT industry group.
He has over 20 years of experience delivering audit and business advisory services to top tier companies in Malaysia.
He has also successfully delivered several multi-billion dollar corporate projects including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, de-mergers, regional acquisitions and multi billion ringgit fund raising transactions in the TMT space, amongst others.
Trained and qualified in the UK as a Chartered Accountant, he returned to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Kuala Lumpur in 1993 after eight years with a London based auditing firm.
Irvin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants
