Pauline Ho

Pauline Ho is the Chief Operating Officer and an Assurance Partner in PwC Malaysia. She has over 29 years of experience handling audit and audit related assignments, including a two year stint with PwC UK. Pauline is also a member of the firm’s Executive Board and holds several key roles in the firm. She is the Chief Strategic Operations Officer for the PwC Malaysia-Vietnam firm, the PwC Asia Pacific Human Capital Leader, and also currently leads PwC Malaysia’s journey to Net Zero.

Her portfolio of clients include a wide range of Malaysian and multinational companies in various industries including entertainment & media and oil & gas. Besides her various roles in the firm, Pauline champions a few priorities  in Corporate Malaysia. She is a steering committee member of the Malaysian Chapter of 30% Club and co-leads its board mentoring programme. She is also a member of the Integrated Reporting Steering Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

When she’s not at work, Pauline spends time running and cycling with her family.
