Pauline Lum
Partner, Tax, PwC Malaysia
Pauline has over 20 years of tax experience, which includes both compliance and advisory engagements. She currently leads the Tax Reporting & Strategy consulting team in our Malaysian office, with a focus on ERP led transformation (Asia Pacific & Japan driver) and ESG for the region.
Her primary focus has been tax advisory work which includes process review and improvement, risk/governance, tax strategy and tax transformation (i.e. enterprise wide or ERP led, that includes chart of account reviews, operating models, etc.).
Pauline also has experience in contract management/ reviews, cross border transactions, group rationalisation/restructuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions and structured financing.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Dundee University, Scotland, UK and is a Fellow member of the Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
