KUALA LUMPUR, 14 June 2022 – PwC US and PwC Malaysia firms came together to announce the opening of a new Acceleration Center (AC) in Kuala Lumpur today. PwC ACs are global talent hubs that bring together diverse, highly skilled talent to work on complex client engagements. Using the latest digital technologies to seamlessly collaborate with global teams, the centers deliver services in an agile and efficient fashion, while creating a differentiated experience for clients.
Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur (AC Kuala Lumpur) will be a part of our rapidly growing AC community of digitally enabled professionals from diverse nationalities, cultures and competencies - located around the world. This seamless global network provides our clients with the best talent from all parts of the world. AC Kuala Lumpur is envisioned to be a truly cross-functional operation with capabilities across Consulting, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. When it begins operations on 1 July 2022, AC Kuala Lumpur will primarily support the needs of PwC clients in the US through Assurance services. Over the next five years, the center is set to expand its competencies across the entire breadth of the firm’s portfolio and grow to over 1,000 professionals, creating attractive job opportunities for digital and tech-savvy talent in Malaysia.
