We were engaged to conduct a Commercial Due Diligence on a mobility sharing platform, as part of a broader Integrated Due Diligence service that included Financial and Tax Due Diligence

 

Approach

The Commercial Due Diligence included an:

  • In-depth market assessment on the potential of the mobility sharing market including key growth drivers for adoption and infrastructure readiness in Malaysia and Indonesia
  • Assessment of key competitors and strengths 

  • Customer survey of >200 participants, including the target’s key customers to understand key purchasing criteria and opportunities for increased adoption
