Background:

Orawan is a tax partner in PwC’s International Tax Structuring and M&A Services specializing in the Energy, Utilities & Mining Industry, manufacturing and service industry.

Orawan has undertaken numerous out-bound structuring assignments in different industries including manufacturing and services. She has also advised clients on Thai acquisitions, primarily to achieve an efficient structure from the perspective of business operations, tax efficient allocations of costs and repatriation of cash. Orawan has advised Thai companies on many occasions on the holding structure of overseas acquisitions in Singapore, Netherlands, Vietnam, European countries amongst other countries. She has also undertaken an analytical review of re-structure/streamlining holding companies.

Orawan brings her hands-on international experience in developing Pillar 2 practices for PwC Thailand and being working team to discuss on the impact of Pillar 2 with the government authority (Board of Investment) and provide suggestion on how to reform the bill.
