Niphan is a Partner in the Corporate Tax Department. He has worked as a tax and transfer pricing expert at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Consultant Ltd. (PwC) since 1998, and has extensive experience in advising a number of companies in various industries, e.g. automotive, food and beverage, telecommunication, consumer products, cement and construction materials, electrical appliances and housewares, textile and garment, semiconductor and electronic components, plastic and chemical, transportation and logistics industry.

He has assisted multinational companies in preparing transfer pricing documentation, advance pricing agreements (APA), and assisted companies in dealing with the Thai Revenue Department on investigation and general taxation cases.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at Chulalongkorn University.

Janaiporn is Partner in the Transfer Pricing Service Line. She joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Consultants Ltd. (“PwC”), Bangkok, Thailand in 1998.

Janaiporn started her work in Thailand as a corporate tax and transfer pricing consultant before seconded to PwC Melbourne office to work intensively in the transfer pricing area during 2001. During 2007 to 2009, she has also been advising and reviewing the transfer pricing practices adopted by multinational companies in Vietnam. The various industries she has been providing transfer pricing consulting service over her 20 years of experience cover: consumer products, electronic, automotive, energy, textile, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, insurance, etc.

Orawan is a Tax Partner and leads the Financial Services Tax practice of PwC Thailand with experience over 26 years.

Orawan provides a number of local and multinational financial institutions with tax advice and transaction support services regarding investment structuring, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She performs reviews of corporate income tax returns and advises clients on compliance matters. Also, she assists clients from the planning stage until the ideas are brought into implementation.

Orawan is a tax partner in PwC’s International Tax Structuring and M&A Services specializing in the Energy, Utilities & Mining Industry, manufacturing and service industry.

Orawan has undertaken numerous out-bound structuring assignments in different industries including manufacturing and services. She has also advised clients on Thai acquisitions, primarily to achieve an efficient structure from the perspective of business operations, tax efficient allocations of costs and repatriation of cash. Orawan has advised Thai companies on many occasions on the holding structure of overseas acquisitions in Singapore, Netherlands, Vietnam, European countries amongst other countries. She has also undertaken an analytical review of re-structure/streamlining holding companies.

Orawan brings her hands-on international experience in developing Pillar 2 practices for PwC Thailand and being working team to discuss on the impact of Pillar 2 with the government authority (Board of Investment) and provide suggestion on how to reform the bill.

He has had experienced with transfer pricing issues from a vast number of industries, including IT service providers, telecommunications, financial and banking, various types of services, automotive, electronics, etc.

Panachai is one the co-authors of ‘Thailand Master Tax Guide 2018/2019’, responsible for the transfer pricing chapter. Thailand Master Tax Guide 2018/2019 is a comprehensive Thai tax guide authored by PwC and published by Wolters Kluwer group. Nopajaree is a Tax Associate Partner in the Financial Services team of PwC. She started her career with PwC in 2004 and now possesses 20 strong years of experience in taxation, specialising in the financial services (FS) industry. 

Nopajaree provides a wide range of tax consulting services to both FS and non-FS clients, including consulting on the tax implications of local and cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions and tax structuring work.
