Relevant Expertise:

• Leading the LS team in providing all legal services under any various applicable Thai laws to assist clients to operate their businesses in Thailand legally.
• Leading the legal due diligence team for both assets’ and shares’ acquisition in various industries.
• Representing management of companies in dealing with labour disputes and supporting many state owned enterprises to review and regulate their internal policies related to employment and internal management.
• Assisting various industries including oil & gas state owned enterprises in reorganizing their businesses and business mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and/0r organize their business.
• Supporting the government’s infrastructure projects.
• Assisting many clients, whose businesses involve e-commerce activities, global leading retailers, marketplace operators selling goods and services over the Internet including advice on structuring and all implementations required to help ensure that they operate businesses on appropriate platforms with policies in place, and in compliance with all applicable Thai laws and regulations.
• Advising and assisting various industries i.e. financial institution, insurance, banking, asset management, including manufacturing, trading, and services in PDPA matters, for instance, preparing a gap analysis, promoting understanding of the new law, the effects of the new law enforcement, and legal requirements and preliminary implementation for legal compliance such as developing forms and documents required by law.
