The online conference "Internal audit and control" is an annual event organized by the "Business Format" as of September 7th, 2022.
Over 100 participants from more than 15 countries took part in the event, including Ukraine, Moldova,the Baltic and Eurasia countries.
Together with the conference participants Irina discussed the key skills and competencies that employees would need for successful digital transformation and that would be relevant in the coming years.
Irina focused on meta-skills, including critical thinking; discussed typical mental traps and overviewed techniques that help make the right decisions.
