great place to work

PwC has been recognized as a “Great Place To Work” in Vietnam from December 2022 to December 2023

We are ecstatic to announce that PwC Vietnam has accomplished a new milestone: in December 2022 we were certified as a “Great Place to Work”.

As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work® leverages 30 years of research to quantify the current state of workplace culture and show us how it compares to the best in the world. This global recognition is based entirely on the analysis of surveys on employee experience trust and reaching their full potential as part of their organization. In addition, an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s culture, and the values the company instills are critical criteria of evaluation as well.

In November 2022, PwC surveyed a large number of employees to understand their overall satisfaction with working at PwC. According to the final report of Great Place to Work®, there were some outstanding points showing that:

great place to work

• Over 96% of our employees agree that PwC is a physically safe place to work;

• 92% are proud to tell others that they work at PwC;

• 92% celebrate special occasions at the workplace;

• 91% feel totally welcome on their first day.

This prestigious recognition is the result of the trust employees have in our leaders, the pride we have in our work, and the camaraderie we experience with our colleagues. PwC constantly strives to fulfill our purpose to build trust in society and solve important problems and to create and maintain an inclusive and diverse environment to empower our people, as they are how we thrive.
