2023년 부동산 사업법(업데이트 사항은 이전 뉴스레터를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다)이 통과된 이후 국회는 또한 토지법 31/2024/QH15(Law on Land, “LOL 2024”)을 승인했습니다. 이는 2025년 1월 1일부터 발효되며 현행법을 대체합니다.
