Simplification of Promotional Program Notifications

On 10 October, the Government issued Decree 128/2024/ND-CP introducing significant amendments to Decree 81/2018/ND-CP, which outlines the Commercial Law’s guidelines on promotional activities. These changes take effect on 1 December 2024.
