在越南，海关的主要要求之一是使用正确的报关类别代码来进行进出口申报。
5 月 18 日，海关总署发布了第 1357/QD-TCHQ 号决定，对进出口货物的海关报关类别代码提出了指引。该决定将从 6 月 1 日起生效，取代 2015 年发布的公函 2765/TCHQ-GSQL。
