Circular 71 on unrecaptured corporate income tax for businesses engaged in socialized activities

The Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular 71 on unrecaptured corporate income tax for businesses engaged in socialized activities, in accordance with Resolution 63/NQ-CP dated 25 August 2014 of the Government.
Circular 71 applies to socialized activity businesses established before 22 July 2016 (i.e., the effective date of Decision 1470/QĐ-TTg) and takes effect from 01 November 2021.
