2021 年 9 月 29 日，財政部發布第 80/2021 通告，為《2019 年稅務管理法》和第 126/2020 法令提供實施指導。此通告將於 2022 年 1 月 1 日起生效，並取代多項現有法規，其中包括第156/2013 通告。
