2024년 5월, 기획투자부(MPI)는 대중의 의견을 수렴하기 위해 투자지원기금 설립에 관한 시행령 초안을 발표했습니다. 

매출이나 투자자본 측면에서 요건을 충족하는 납세자는 기금의 지원을 받을 수 있습니다. 이 기금은 2024년에 운영하도록 제안되었으며, 2024년 1월 1일 이후에 시작되는 납세자의 회계연도에 사용할 수 있습니다..
