Agile professional certification

Agile's popularity has exploded over the last decade, but there are still many misconceptions and misunderstandings when it comes to Agile (Have you ever heard someone tell you that Agile only works in Tech work?). This interactive course aims to dispel the myths and give participants a robust understanding of Agile. Design thinking and innovation

Design thinking is an innovation methodology that builds solutions for problems, with users’ needs in mind. SMEs are increasingly frustrated with the complex problems they are facing, and have limited options for how they can solve them. Design thinking offers a fresh, innovative approach to how to do this. Design thinking puts together creativity and empathy within organisations, to create diverse options for solving problems. It combines existing knowledge, new human-centred insights, and a process of trying things out quickly and dealing with ambiguity. Ultimately, solutions are tested rapidly with real people in the real world.
