PwC (Vietnam) Limited advised ACWA Power, FECON Corporation, FECON Power Joint Stock Company on their divestment of 100% equity stake of Vinh Hao 6 Power Joint Stock Company to Leader Energy

Vinh Hao 6 Power JSC operates the 50MW Vinh Hao 6 Solar Power Plant located in Binh Thuan province with total investment of USD53 million. The project had COD since Jun 2019 and  was the first renewable energy project of ACWA Power in Vietnam and also the first energy investment project of FECON
