This module extends understanding of the interaction between the commercial business environment and likely future developments in the world of work, employment and the management of people. It discusses the range of people practises that are growing in importance, including those relating to ethics and sustainability, employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.
This module deals with data analysis and research methods used for data collection. Throughout this module you will also find out how to work with data and use them in diverse areas of HR.

This unit considers the role of technology within learning and the use of technology-enabled content and platforms within organisations. The CIPD Advanced Diploma in People Management is a 12-month programme consisting of 8 modules that contain interactive workshops and diverse educational activities. The program contains 13 teaching days.

The CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management provides associate membership (doc. CIPD), and, after successfully passing the final exam, candidates with relevant professional experience can apply for charter membership.
Vanda Šinková has extensive experience in HR management. Currently, she is the leader of CIPD Centre of Excellence for the PwC Academies in CEE and delivers CIPD qualifications in several CEE countries. In her HR leader role, Vanda has been responsible for the overall HR management agenda, as well as for the strategic HR and change management, organisational and talent development.
