Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification, which is granted by the Project Management Institute, is one of the most widely recognised certifications for professionals in the area of project management. Through recently added predictive, agile and hybrid approaches, the PMP demonstrates project leadership experience and expertise in any way of working.
This course will guide you through comprehensive and detailed preparation for the final PMP exam. By acquiring the PMP certificate, you demonstrate that you have appropriate experience, education and competency to lead projects.

The course is designed as a 5-day intensive training programme divided into 3 modules that focus on building your project management knowledge and skills and preparing you effectively for the PMP certification exam.

This course can be attended by anyone who is interested in improving knowledge and skills in project management.
However, applicants for PMP certification must meet the following conditions:

A high school diploma or secondary school diploma,
5 years of experience in leading projects within the past eight years,
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM Certification.

or

A bachelor's degree or higher (or global equivalent),
3 years of experience in leading projects within the past eight years,

35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM Certification.

or

A bachelor's degree or higher (or global equivalent) from a GAC accredited program,

2 years of experience in leading projects within the past eight years,
35 hours of project management education/training.

Exam fee

The exam fee is 655 USD and is not included in the price of the PwC Academy preparatory course. The price of the course includes the price of study materials.

Róbert Srnka, FCCA, PMP

Robert Srnka is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and internationally licensed trainer in PM. He is an experienced tutor with over 20 years of experience in managing a wide variety of projects including IT implementations, BPR and audits. He delivers professional and other management skills training in CEE and EU countries.
