Albert Lee

Albert Lee is the Deals Leader for the PwC Malaysia-Vietnam (MYVN) firm, focusing on delivering value to clients across deal lifecycle and industries.

He has over 28 years of deals advisory experience covering Malaysia, Southeast Asia, Europe and the US. He spent two years in the New York office of PwC US assisting global private equity funds in their acquisitions.

Albert has advised numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. His experiences include performing financial due diligence for large corporate and private equity clients. In addition, he was involved in many government-related engagements, advising them on M&A, restructuring, financial and economic policy matters.

Albert has experience in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, fintech, shipping, upstream and downstream oil and gas, logistics, construction, pharmaceutical, power plant, and retail and consumer.

Albert holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He enjoys history, watching football and listening to music like EDM and rock.
