Gregory joined the Malaysian team from Tokyo where he was leading the cross-border Corporate Finance efforts for PwC Japan. Prior to that, he worked in Switzerland, Hong Kong, China and the USA.
He has 20 years of experience in various industries spanning cross-border divestiture and acquisition mandates, capital raising transactions and transaction oriented strategic advisory services. He also has extensive experience in M&A type advisory projects and has closed over 10 transactions for Japanese clients in the last 4 years across a variety of sectors and target geographies.
His clients included Axa, Orix, Marsh, Zurich Insurance, Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Marubeni, Itochu, Dai Nippon Printing, Asahi Glass, Dentsu, KYB, Panasonic, Goldwin, Square Enix, Autobacs, JFE, Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi and others. Gregory holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from the University of Zurich (Swiss Banking Institute) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
