Gan Wee Fong

Gan Wee Fong is the People Leader at PwC Malaysia and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s people-related initiatives and employer branding programmes, positioning PwC as an employer of choice in the market.

She is an Assurance Partner, with a diverse background in auditing and sustainability assurance. Besides plantation, she specialised in the consumer products and services sector where she was a business unit leader.

Over the years, Wee Fong has demonstrated her leadership capabilities in various positions within the Assurance practice. She was also the business unit leader for the Entrepreneurial and Middle Market Group (EMG) and Technology, Communications and Consumer Products (TCCP) industry group. More recently, she played a key role in scaling up the Sustainability Assurance practice, establishing the operating structure and building a service delivery team as we expand our ESG service offerings.

Wee Fong is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Outside of her professional endeavours, she takes pride in being a devoted mother to three children. To unwind, Wee Fong enjoys practising pilates and spending weekends connecting with her family, allowing her to find balance and fulfilment in both her personal and professional life.
