Aidan Saheran

Aidan is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Naluri, a digital therapeutics company based in Kuala Lumpur. Previously, Aidan was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients on Strategy and Transformation projects across multiple industries including Healthcare, Telco, and Oil & Gas. He also has prior experience in tech, having previously worked at Shopee managing the Health & Beauty team in Malaysia.

Azian Akhbar

Azian Akhbar has been running a business in the F&B industry for 6 years. With experience in the managerial and operation side of the business, she has led a team of 5 people to 15. She also provides business and management consultation services to new business owners for them to better understand their business performance and cash flow. Azian graduated from University of East London (UEL) with a Degree of Accounting and Finance, prior to this, she obtained her Diploma of Accounting from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Azian started her career as an accountant. Throughout the year, Azian has learned the skills of marketing, human resource, management and even communication, required to successfully build and continue to grow Quartet as a prominent local brand.

Dzameer Dzulkifli

Yayasan Tunku Abdul Rahman

Dzameer was appointed as the CEO of Tunku Abdul Rahman Foundation to revitalize the Foundation in 2019. The Foundation is a wholly private-sector funded statutory body set up as an Act of Parliament to commemorate the late Tunku Abdul Rahman’s values and aspirations in developing leaders across Malaysia.

The Foundation focuses on identifying and providing scholarships for high-potential students from low-income communities to pursue tertiary education locally in Malaysia and develop as holistic leaders for their communities and the nation. In addition to that, the Foundation also runs the Closing The Gap programme in which low-income and high-potential secondary school students undergo a 2 year development programme that is complemented with 1-on-1 mentoring to access rigorous education opportunities.

Dzameer had the privilege to attend a series of public, private and international schools for his basic education and holds a master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, United Kingdom. Dzameer began his career in 2007 as a consultant at PwC and co-founded Teach For Malaysia in 2009 which he led for 10 years as its Managing Director. Dzameer is constantly curious about the intersection of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and leadership. Dzameer used to enjoy CrossFit, gardening, and hiking but is now stretched and tested with co-parenting two kids under the age of two.  


Fernie Jasmine
Head of Group Brand and Marketing

A marketing trailblazer in the technology & telecoms industry, Fernie has been creating high-impact, award-winning campaigns throughout her 18-year marketing career. As the Head of Group Brand & Marketing at Axiata Group Berhad for the last 4 years, she has been awarded Axiata’s CEO and Chairman Awards and Malaysian CMO Awards 2019 & 2020. Fernie leads the charge for Axiata’s group of brands across the region, embracing the data-driven marketing revolution and continues to be a disruptive force in the local and regional marketing landscape.

Luanne Sieh
Head, Group Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
CIMB Group 

Luanne is the head of Group Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at CIMB, one of ASEAN’s leading banking groups, where she is responsible for transforming CIMB into a shaper of sustainable finance and responsible banking practices in Asia.

Luanne has extensive experience in sustainability, strategy and transformation, as well as change management. She has been involved in a number of fields, including financial services and consulting. She was also a founding member of a startup company.

Luanne holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, as well as a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability at the University of Harvard Extension School.

Nicholas Yap
Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
ParkIt MY

Nicholas started his career with PwC Malaysia after pursuing his studies in Business at Monash University. During his time in PwC, he worked on many projects ranging from GST and SST implementation, advising on GST/SST impacts, overall tax planning, due diligence, and compliance.

Hungry for personal growth, he left PwC to join ParkIt as its Partner and CFO, a startup that aims to unlock the value of underutilised parking spaces and make parking easy to find, book, and pay for all. While overseeing the financial aspects of ParkIt, Nicholas also works on streamlining and developing processes and procedures, implementing and monitoring KPIs, financial analysis and forecasting, fundraising, business development, building client relations and many more.

He is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand ("CAANZ") and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("MICPA"). He also serves as a member of the Young MICPA Task Force, focusing on issues and events related to the development of the next generation of accountants.


Raudhah Nazran
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Founder

Raudhah Nazran was a government scholar and recently graduated Law from the United Kingdom. She is experienced in managing social enterprises as she was the President and Team Leader of a social enterprise based in the UK for 3 years, managing 104 members from different countries and macro managing 5 social enterprises under her. She was the first Asian Muslim female ever appointed by the board to sit in the position and was the first to win President and Team Leader of the Year in the United Kingdom, followed by bringing the social enterprise to Top 3 Social Enterprises in the United Kingdom. 

Raudhah is recognised by Tatler Asia as one of the Top 400 Asian Young Leaders 2020 making her this year's Generation T Leader of Tomorrow Honouree of Tatler Asia. Back in 2018, she was called by Lord Michael Hastings to speak in the parliament of the United Kingdom on youth unemployment and brought home the International Student of the Year Award! She was also called to speak at the United Nations Human Rights Conference in the UK about child's rights to education as well by the Asian Development Bank to discuss issues surrounding youth productivity at work. She is an advocate for change and a youth empowerment enthusiast.

Redza Shahid Ridzuan
Programme Coordinator at MaGIC; Founder of Grub Cycle, Pasar Grub & Oililin

Redza Shahid is currently with the Social Innovation team at the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) where he assists social innovators and social enterprises in capacity building and market access.  Equipped with this experience and his passion for Social Entrepreneurship as well as advocating positive impact to the community, he officially launched Grub Cycle after joining the MaGIC accelerator programme which has further strengthened and validated his startup idea.

Redza strongly believes and advocates building a sustainable, social enterprise ecosystem that is actively supported by the local community. He has been invited as a speaker and panel at various social enterprise events and engagement sessions as well as participated in global competitions such as Pitch at Palace Commonwealth edition, where he has been given the opportunity to pitch his startup to the Duke of York in 2018.

Shireen Peterson

Shireen began her advertising career more than 25 years ago, having worked with renowned advertising agencies like Ogilvy, JWT, Lowe + Partners to name a few. After spending 15 years with the WPP Group, she joined M&C Saatchi in the capacity of General Manager in 2017. Shireen has built and led many Account Management and Project Management teams. She has personally led a broad range of multinational brands like Coca Cola, HSBC, Shell, BMW, Guinness, Unilever, to name some. She is also currently responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential new clients.


Sue Yen Tay

Sue Yen co-founded MYReaders while she was a teacher under the Teach For Malaysia fellowship. She finds joy in empowering communities and schools that run literacy programs for the underprivileged. Sue Yen has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from University Utara Malaysia, as well as a BS(Hons) Biology and a BA Health: Science, Society and Policy from Brandeis University, Massachusetts.
