PwC Malaysia introduced flexible working arrangements more than a decade ago. Over the years, we made a commitment to enhance our flex+ programme, which comprises various forms of flexibility initiatives and benefits.
The aim of our flex+ programme is to enable our people to perform at their best at work, better manage their commitments outside work, and juggle the responsibility of parenting.
Flex+ is divided into three main categories: flex@work, life@work and parents@work.
As part of our flex+ programme, flexBenefits was introduced with effect from January 2020 to support work-life integration by providing our people the flexibility to decide on the benefits which are relevant to their lifestyle and changing priorities.
