Project Mountaintop is an Assurance programme run by volunteers from Assurance to improve work culture and experience for Assurance as a whole.
A refreshed Project Mountaintop kicked off in November 2020 with five teams working on various strategic Assurance business priorities. The key aim was to engage and develop Managers to Directors while creating space for citizen-led innovation.
One of the teams tasked with looking into fostering good culture initiated the Assurance Ways of Working (WoW) initiatives which focused on cultivating three key behaviours - team accountability, time to complete documentation and completing an engagement with no open items, to deliver quality without compromising on wellbeing.
EMBARK aims to engage Manager and Senior Manager key talents by providing them with a platform to enhance their PwC Professional attributes particularly in Relationships, Whole Leadership, and Business Acumen, through a mentor and peer support system. In FY21, there were 26 talents across Lines of Service and 13 mentors (Partners/Directors) who participated in this programme.
ELEVATE is a platform for Senior Manager and Director key talents to develop xLoS relationships as a cohort, supported by a structured and guided curriculum. This programme is made up of a combination of:
Structured cohort programme - key talents come together every quarter to go through a learning session, facilitated by a Partner, on topics related to common challenges faced by talents
Coaching - ‘2-Sides-to-a-Story’ alignment conversation with their Partner Coaches
ELEVATE was extended to 22 key talents.
