Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

  • Provide coordination as the single central point of contact for end-user technical support and troubleshooting for AI tools and solutions.

  • Work with GTS and/or global tech support to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets related to AI technologies, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify common issues and areas for improvement in AI systems.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and user guides to assist employees in using AI tools effectively.

  • Work with the Change Management Specialist to conduct training sessions and workshops to help users become proficient with AI technologies.

  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to address complex technical problems and implement enhancements.

  • Monitor system performance and usage metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact users.

  • Collaborate with the AI Strategy Lead to ensure AI tools and solutions comply with organizational policies and best practices, including security and data privacy standards.
