I have a question
Can fresh Polytechnic graduates enlisting in National Service this year still apply to the Assistant Associate positions?
Students who are enlisting are encouraged to apply in their ORD year as we are unable to reserve job opportunities for individuals 2 years in advance.
Are the Assistant Associate positions open to fresh Polytechnic graduates only?
Yes, the Assistant Associate positions are only open to fresh polytechnic graduates with less than one year of working experience. If you have more than one year of working experience, you can look out for opportunities in our Experienced Hire portal.
If I perform well in my internship, will I receive a graduate offer?
If you perform well during your internship and can start work in your polytechnic graduation year, subject to business needs, you may receive a ‘priority offer’ which is a direct poly graduate offer.
What is the recruitment process for poly graduates?
- Apply online and complete the application form (simply upload your detailed CV and Diploma transcript)
- No more psychometric tests! Instead complete a series of engaging and fun online games that will assess cognitive, behavioural and emotional traits and giving us a little more insight into you as a person and where you’ll thrive the most in our business. After you’ve completed it you’ll also receive a traits report so you can learn more about yourself as well.
