Dave Chen is a technology consulting Partner and SAP leader for PwC South East Asia Consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience in driving large-scale digital transformation projects enabled by implementing SAP cloud solutions to optimise operating models, improving supply chain responsiveness and enhancing employee experience with high adoption outcomes.
Dave is also adept at advising clients on their Enterprise Application and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy and has acted as an advisor for many large MNCs (both locally and globally) on key issues, including post-merger integration scenarios, the evaluation of suitable platform strategies, implementation approach and the reduction of total cost of ownership.
