Ivan Phuah

Ivan Phuah is the Finance Transformation lead for PwC South East Asia Consulting, and has over 23 years of experience across the Asia Pacific region. He has been involved in engagements around finance transformation, enhancing the effectiveness and cost management of finance functions, improving management reporting, the redesigning of processes through simplification, standardisation and automation, as well as the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and technologies.

Ivan has been delivering projects for MNCs, government-affiliated bodies, and SMEs to define their finance functions of the future and to design their target operating models, including service delivery models, digital tools, and competency frameworks. Ivan is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
