Lynn Tay

Lynn Tay is a Partner in the financial services tax team of PwC Singapore. With more than 18 years experience, she has advised many financial institutions and multinational corporations on a wide range of cross-border as well as local transfer pricing and tax issues.

Being a key member of the financial services transfer pricing team, she played a significant role in successfully obtaining favourable tax rulings on transfer pricing matters as well as advance pricing arrangement on transfer pricing matters. She is experienced in both corporate tax and transfer pricing which has enabled Lynn in formulating workable solutions for clients to mitigate both transfer pricing and corporate tax risks. Her clients span across the entire financial services industry, banks, financial intermediaries, insurance companies and fund management companies.

Lynn has undertaken a wide range of transfer pricing work and tax advisory work such as undertaking due diligence projects, advising on cross border financing transactions for clients in the insurance, banking and investment management industry.

She holds a bachelor‘s degree in accountancy and a minor in banking and finance with a Second class honours from the Nanyang Technological University.
