With over 20 years of experience in facilitating human-led and tech-powered transformation, Martijn brings subject matter expertise in workforce transformation, HR transformation, organisation and job redesign, leadership and culture transformation. Passionate about all-things Future of Work, Martijn has worked across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, before settling in Singapore over a decade ago.
