Yuhui is a Transfer Pricing Partner and has experience in international taxation and transfer pricing for more than 18 years. She has helped clients across various industry sectors to align their tax model to business strategy, implement hub structures, operate and govern transfer pricing policies, as well as manage tax controversy in the APAC region.
In particular, apart from supporting tax audits in the region, she has been involved in multiple Advance Pricing Agreement (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) between Singapore and countries globally, especially in the APAC region. She is also part of the Tax Controversy and Dispute resolution core team within PwC Singapore.
Yuhui's technical expertise is complemented by her experience as an in-house tax advisor with a multinational company where she learnt to manage the intricacies of tax, customs, and business angles in arriving at a holistic and practical tax advice to the business.
She was instrumental in streamlining and driving documentation process efficiencies in PwC Singapore for several years, and is now leading the operational transfer pricing initiative for PwC Singapore to help clients better govern policies and execute transfer pricing processes in a tech-enabled manner.
Yuhui is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.
