The Deals M&A Operations team at PwC Singapore helps clients navigate and successfully deliver on transactions by creating value through a range of services across the deal continuum. We help your business identify, quantify, and deliver full deal value, with greater speed, insight, and confidence.

At the pre-deal stage, we identify potential areas of risks and opportunities through due diligence across operations, technology, and people-related aspects of a deal. This can include assessing the readiness and compatibility, identifying potential synergies, cost savings opportunities, taking control and red flags that impact the transaction.

Post deal we help clients to take steps to preserve value and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and value of their operations and strategy. Typically, we help with integration/ carve out planning, operating model and organisation design and drive operational improvements.
