Alan is the founder and CEO of ProfilePrint, a series B agrifood tech firm and the inventor of its patented A.I. digital food fingerprint technology. Before starting ProfilePrint, he was the Assistant CEO of a Hong Kong investment firm focusing on digital payment and healthcare in China. Prior, his experience in CapitaLand heading M&A / investment in the United Kingdom, General Manager South China Ascott and Assistant to Group CEO President CapitaLand. He is concurrently a reserve deputy Squadron Commander at the Singapore Air Force with previous key appointments including Flight Commander and Staff Officer at Chief of Air Force Office. He was a PhD candidate in Operational Research at INSEAD, completed a post-graduate management program at Tsinghua University and graduated with French Singapore Double Engineering degrees (1st Class) from Ecole Centrale Paris and National University of Singapore under a government scholarship.

Anirudh A Damani stands as a fourth-generation entrepreneur and a second-generation investor from the renowned Damani family, boasting over 15 years of entrepreneurial excellence. Aris Utama serves as Head of Sales and Marketing of PT Bumi Menara Internusa. Currently, he also serves as Managing Director of PT Eclectic Consulting. He began his career in the seafood processing industry in 2004; and established an IT consulting firm in 2010.

Aris Utama holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering and System Management from University of Toronto, Canada and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University in the City of New York, USA.

Dr. Chee Yang Chen is an investor and entrepreneur.

As Founder of Carta Genomics, Dr. Chen is on a mission to provide advanced genomic testing to help IVF parents predict their embryo’s disease risk and health outcomes in advance, resulting in improved women’s health and healthier babies.

He qualified as a Medical Doctor with a Distinction in Medical Sciences (MBBS) and graduated with Honours in Neuroscience (BSC Hons) from Imperial College London, where he led research elucidating the genes for cognitive development.

Aside from his medical expertise, Dr. Chen has over a decade's experience in investing. He is passionate about impact, and understanding the world from first principles, and is an active investor in emerging technologies, focused on cultivating deep technological innovations that will democratise traditional industries.

He leads the Asia-Pacific Region of the Young Investors Organisation and is a proud member of the Milken Young Leaders Circle. He was previously President of the Singapore Medical Society in the UK, served as a Platoon Commander during his two years in the Singapore Armed Forces, and hopes to integrate his varied experiences into saving lives and making the world a better place.

Ms Chen Yiwen is the Vice President of Conglomerates, a team that helms EDB’s engagements with prominent business families as well as large multinationals with diversified business interests such as electronics, retail, industrial solutions, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), healthcare, agribusinesses etc. Her earlier roles in EDB included spending more than a decade working with a spectrum of multinationals in the telecommunications, internet, media & entertainment, and consumer electronics sectors. She also worked with clients in Greater China, particularly North China, while stationed in EDB’s Beijing office. Yiwen has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Cindy Karim is a serial entrepreneur dedicated to bringing diverse cultures to Singapore and Southeast Asia. She leads the entertainment and F&B businesses within the GAIA Group of companies. In an impressive feat, CK Star Entertainment has swiftly ascended from a new player in a fiercely competitive industry to a sought-after partner for artists, including TXT, Epik High and James Arthur. Since 2022, CK Star Entertainment has orchestrated over 60 concerts across the region. In the dynamic F&B landscape, Cindy’s innovative spirit shines through. She currently owns eight restaurants in Indonesia, with six more in the pipeline. Her ventures include bringing the popular contemporary-luxe brand Social Place from Hong Kong to Singapore in collaboration with the family behind Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant. Building on this success, she introduced GyutanTan, the first ox tongue specialty Japanese restaurant in Singapore. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Cindy serves as the lead Principal of the Karim Family Foundation (KFF), a philanthropic organisation supporting sports, education, and arts initiatives in Singapore and Indonesia. Cindy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University, and started her career as an auditor with PwC Singapore.

Fan Jesse founded “Providence Academy" in 2018, dedicated for gathering innovative talents in China.

In the business field, Fan is an angel investor. He invested in more than ten innovative companies including Asensing (导远电子), Ikuaijin (快进商店), Orilab (源究所), ATKT Healthcare Tech and Juztlab.

Prior to entering the investment industry, Fan was also an entrepreneur. From 2018 to present, he has served as the partner of the fintech unicorn “EasyTransfer", which completed fundraising from institutions including Tencent, IDG Capital, Sequoia Capital, New Oriental Education & Technology Group, and Taiyou Fund Management, with an annual transaction volume exceeding RMB 20 billion, and provided cross-border payment services to over 200,000 global student families. From 2021 to present, he has served as the founding partner of education MCN “Starmount Media", which is a top-ranked MCN in education space, with a fan matrix of over 100 million on the Douyin ecosystem.

Fan graduated from the College of Architecture, Art and Urban Planning at Cornell University with a bachelor degree. He was listed on the Forbes China 30U30 in 2020.

Gerald Chiu is a founding partner of Dymon Asia Private Equity.

Gerald has investment experience across a wide range of industries and has led a number of award-winning, landmark deals in the SME space.

Gerald was previously a Partner at Navis Capital Partners, where he focused on control buyout private equity investments in the Asia-Pacific. During his career, Gerald also gained experience at Temasek Holdings, and at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, after returning from a Singapore Public Service Commission scholarship.

Gerald graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with First Class Honors and a Master of Engineering with Distinction from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge.

Kathlyn is a Director of Singapore-based family office, Rumah Group and its philanthropic arm, Rumah Foundation. Having developed a deep love and respect for the ocean and marine life over years of scuba diving and freediving, she is passionate about ocean protection and business sustainability. She launched Rumah's environmental portfolio in 2017, which focuses on contributing towards a clean and vibrant ocean through impact investments and philanthropy; and works on embedding sustainability into Rumah’s property portfolio across areas such as decarbonisation, responsible procurement and sustainability reporting.

The daughter of a humanitarian, Kathlyn grew up providing volunteer support for needs assessments and community development efforts in the field. She currently serves as a Board Trustee of Conservation International Singapore, member of Conservation International’s Asia Pacific Advisory Council, Board Director of The Good Food Institute Singapore, member of the Advisory Board of Eco-Business, member of the Technical Advisory Panel for Sustainable Finance Institute Asia, member of the Advisory Board for the Regenerative Fund for Nature, member of the Challenge Leadership Group for MIT Solve, and Co-founder and Executive Director of Coastal Natives, which works to increase ocean awareness and inspire new ocean lovers and conservationists. Previously, Kathlyn served as an Ambassador for Project AWARE, and was a member of the Singapore government’s #RecycleRight Citizens’ Workgroup where she was involved in promoting the implementation of a national beverage container return scheme.

A divemaster and freediving athlete, Kathlyn draws inspiration from the ocean and marine life, and loves sharing the underwater world with those who may not have the opportunity to experience it. She is a two-time Singapore freediving National Record holder for Dynamic with Bi-Fins and Dynamic No Fins. Kathlyn studied Economics and Strategic Public Relations at the University of Sydney, and has completed various courses with the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.

Keith Tan is Chairman of the Dymon Asia Private Equity Investment Committee and a founding partner of Dymon Asia Capital. Prior to Dymon, he was a Director at Abax Global Capital, a hedge fund based in Hong Kong, where he originated, structured and executed investment transactions across Asia for Abax’s special situations funds. During his career, Keith was also member of the Executive Committee of Standard Chartered Bank (China) and Branch Manager of Standard Chartered Bank’s Shanghai Branch.

Shi Ying is the Managing Partner at Adaptive Capital Partners, a Singapore based, early-stage technology focused venture capital firm. Adaptive launched its maiden Fund 1, which has an Evergreen trait and anchored by a prominent Forbes businessman in this region.

Adaptive invests in high conviction and disruptive technology startups with predominant focus in Healthtech while working with founders in many of their defining challenges with the partners’ deep operational and industry experience.

Prior to Adaptive, Shi Ying was the former Head of GrabCar for Malaysia, responsible for building the business from near ground zero to be a market leader in Malaysia for private car ride hailing services within two years.

Shi Ying started off her career as a Project Manager in Google, Mountain View, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in management consulting and tech. Her consulting experience includes projects in Telco, Banking, Marine Port Terminal, Public Healthcare, Supply Chain to name a few; in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Shi Ying has been actively investing in different asset classes in the last 12 years. She once skydived to conquer her fear of heights.

Ms Mei Mei Chua is the Managing Director of The Keier Group - Myanmar’s first fully-furnished, and well-equipped serviced office provider. In 2018, Keier expanded its service offering with Keier Residence, which provides fully-furnished rental apartments.

Upon graduation, Ms Chua joined her family business Beauty Palace in 2008, a pioneering Myanmar Personal Care company. Under her leadership, Beauty Palace grew from a local diversified FMCG player into a sustainable and branded Personal Care Company. In 2015, she fronted a successful international joint venture to form United Beauty Palace Myanmar Co., Ltd.

Founder and CEO of NQ International, Noor Quek was one of the first female private and investment bankers in Singapore.

She started her career at Standard Chartered Merchant Bank as assistant manager for Singapore and Malaysia in its corporate finance division in 1974, which proved to be the springboard for various other roles in banking and finance.

These include being deputy managing director at Rabobank Asia, business development director for Southeast Asia at GE Capital, and business development director for Southeast Asia at Citigroup Private Bank.

She started NQ International in 2007; the firm provides strategies and solutions for family offices and businesses, and senior executive placement services.

A pro-active philanthropist for more than 3 decades, Noor was also the co-founder of Singapore’s Breast Cancer Foundation, where she served on its executive committee for 22 years in various capacities including being President for 8 years.

She was also the former deputy co-chairperson of BoardAgender, an organisation promoting the advancement of more women into the boardroom.

A grandmother to 7 grandchildren, Noor is passionate about music and performs at various charities to assist with fund raising.

Mr Patrick Chong, is the Founder and Chairman of THE LUXASIA GROUP (LUXASIA), which he established in 1986. A pioneer in the development of regional retail and distribution networks across Asia, he has over the course of 30 years piloted LUXASIA into becoming the beauty market maker it is today with over 2,000+ staff in 15 countries across Asia Pacific, Greater China and India.

Under his visionary leadership, LUXASIA has evolved from being a distributor of fragrances to become a consumer-centric, omni-channel beauty and luxury lifestyle empire it is today.

In line with LUXASIA’s mission to make a positive difference in every woman’s life, Mr Chong set up THE LUXASIA FOUNDATION in 2011 in collaboration with Credit Suisse’s philanthropy arm SymAsia. Through partnerships with charitable organisations, it equips disadvantaged women across the region with the skills to be gainfully and purposefully employed. Helping them make a respectable living to support their families, it provides make-up and nail courses, on-the-job training and job placements.

Mr Chong started his career in the beauty industry with the fragrances and cosmetics distribution division at Inchcape. In 1980, he set up Cosmetiques de France with the vision to enable regional distribution of fragrances and cosmetics from L’Oréal Paris. Determined to make more global brands accessible in Asia, he founded LUXASIA six years later. Mr Chong has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Politics & Philosophy from the National University of Singapore.

Phillip Nguyen is the third son of billionaire Johnathan Hanh Nguyen - Chairman of the Imex Pan Pacific group (IPPG) which specializes in distributing high-end brands (Burberry, Chanel, Versace, CK, Moet-ho luxury wine). Hennessy...) in Vietnam. Phillip is holding the position of Deputy General Director in Project Development at IPPG Group. At the same time, he is also the CEO of IPP Travel Retail, in charge of the Non-Aviation Services Business segment. In addition to taking over the family business, Phillip Nguyen also founded his own company, currently running four different companies, including Pulse Active Event Company and Cooper & Co specializing in suit design and uniforms production.

Rajiv is the Principal and Managing Director of his Family Office, Manoharan Capital and has a strong family history of business and entrepreneurism, stemming from family business links in Sri-Lanka and India.

Rajiv has 18 years of industry experience leading and managing distribution, investor relations and capital raising activities. Rajiv held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, AMP Capital and the National Australia Bank. He was the Managing Director of boutique advisory firm, Samsara Capital, where he specialised in deal origination and advised select Family Office clientele and raised over US $700M across the Alternative Investment sectors.

Unlike in many private enterprises where the next generation begins to join the company early, Ngoc Thao decided to officially return to Vietnam and join PNJ after 15 years of living and working abroad. Joining PNJ in 2019 with the position of CEO Assistant and then Digital Transformation Director, she currently is Vice President of the BOD and participates in 3 subcommittees including strategy, human resources and ESG. In addition, she is also the President of JCI Vietnam 2024.
